Cast Aluminum Heater / Bronze Heaters Plate:

		The cast in device consists of cast in tubular heating elements single or multiple embedded in an aluminum alloy, brass, bronze, copper-nickel or iron type material, providing uniform heat transfer and long life. The heater can be manufactured with cooling tubes for accurate temperature control. The gravity casting provides excellent homogeneity of the casting material and therefore allows excellent thermal diffusion. The regularity of the surface temperature is ensured by a suitable forming.
		Using ways of casting processes and CNC machining processes, LANCOR manufacture die casting and typecasting products according to customer’s demands, and meanwhile manufactures aluminum casting heater plate and cast strip products with electric heating elements. Adopting reasonable processes and checking and measuring means, LANCOR controls defects of air holes, impurity and poriness within required ranges and ensures product’ tensile strength and elongation. Other processes such as Teflon spray and plastic spray can also be used to meet special requirements.
		LANCOR’s aluminum cast-in heater plates are widely used in rice cookers, electric hot pots, frying pans, etc due to the high malleability and heat conductivity of the aluminum. Based on customer’s requirements, the aluminum surface can be applied with Teflon coating for further protection against corrosion and stains. Die Cast Plate Termination:
Cast Heaters are terminated according to customer requirements. These range from IP65 dust/ moisture proof housings, to the more commonly fitted two / three pin plugs, terminal boxes, block terminals, screw terminals, or metal braided leads.
